My wife uses an instant pot for many meals. She has made spaghetti, roast, ribs, and more. She gets recipes from the web. She is doing cheesecakes for gifts this Christmas. Hope you enjoy yours, and you have a kitchen soon!

And yeah, not having a kitchen since Aug 20th has been awful. Making a lot of use of the crockpot and just bought an instant pot.
